Dates of 3rd research meeting

The 3rd research meeting of the NIPFP DEA Program is scheduled for 30 September and 1 October, at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi. While the program is yet to come together, the basic structure of the previous meetings will be used: 1.5 days of research papers (doing roughly one hour per paper) and then a half-day of a practitioner session.
